How to order
Personalizing a Perla piece takes two minutes and you don't need any special skills. Below is the whole process, step by step, with the screens you'll actually see.
Choose your piece
Collar, bandana, pet tag, bowl, leash or dog bed. Products you can personalize say «Add their name» on the product page.
Tell us how much your dog weighs
On products with more than one size you'll find the size finder: enter the weight or the breed and the right size is selected for you. If you have a tape measure, the neck measurement is even more accurate.
Open the studio and add the name
Below the photos is the print area: what you see there is exactly the space that will be printed. Press «+ Text», type your pet's name and choose the font and color.
Move, resize, rotate
Drag the name wherever you want it. If you prefer exact numbers, there are X, Y and rotation fields. On «Create Your Design» products you can also upload a photo and add stickers.
See the real preview
Press «Generate real preview»: your design is placed on the product the way the printer will see it. This is the moment to check capitals and accents, because it gets printed exactly like this.
Add to cart
If the design didn't upload properly, the cart stops and tells you: it's a deliberate safeguard, so you never pay for a piece that couldn't be printed.
Then we take care of it
Your order goes to print within one business day. After that it depends on the product, because different workshops make them: bandanas 5-9 days, bowls 7-15, collars and leashes 20-28. Each product's time is written on its page, under the button. The tracking code arrives by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
If something doesn't look right, write to us before you order: it's much easier to fix a design now than a parcel later.
