Everything you need to know about orders, shipping and returns.
It depends on the product, because different workshops make them: bandanas arrive in 5-9 days, bowls in 7-15, collars and leashes in 20-28. For other items the estimate is 10-20 days. The time for the item you're looking at is written on its page, under the button, next to the little truck: that's the number to go by, because it's the only one calculated for that product. As soon as your order ships you'll get the tracking code by email, so you always know where your parcel is.
For non-personalized items, yes: you have 30 days from delivery. Items with the name, text or photo you give us are made to order and, by law, can't be returned for a change of mind (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), but if they arrive faulty or with a mistake on our part we'll remake them. All the details are on the Returns and refunds page.
Every product page includes a size guide. If you're unsure, tell us your dog's breed and weight: we'll recommend the size.
We accept the main cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. At checkout you'll always see the methods available in your country. All payments are safe and secure.
We choose products and materials with comfort and safety first, just as we would for Aron and Mia, and every product page lists materials and care. If you have doubts about a specific item, write to us before buying: we'll be happy to answer.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, write to us right away and we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
On personalizable products you'll find a studio on the product page where you can upload your own photo and see it in preview right away: move it, enlarge it and rotate it until it looks the way you want. Your pet's name is still available as a separate option.
