We ship with care, so every order arrives in the best condition. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. The cost is already included in the price you see on the product: no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We deliver to Italy, every European Union country, the United Kingdom, Monaco, San Marino, Montenegro, Ukraine and the United States.

If your country isn't on this list, write to us at perla.support@gmail.com before ordering: in many cases we can still arrange delivery.

Delivery times

Times vary a lot from one product to another, because every piece is printed on demand and not all of them come from the same factory. We'd rather tell you the real number, even when it's long. The times below run from order to delivery, production included — there's no extra time to add.

Bowls	7 – 15 business days
Collars and leashes	20 – 28 business days
Pet tags, beds and mats	10 – 20 business days

Collars and leashes take longer than everything else, and we want you to know before you order, not after: they're made by a factory further away, which is also the only one that makes them with the quality we're after. If you have a date to meet, write to us before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can make it.

For the United States we allow 10 – 20 business days. It's a cautious estimate based on the supplier's stated times, not our own measurement like the rows above.

The time shown on each product page is the one that applies to that product: it's the same table, product by product.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package leaves, you'll receive a link by email to follow it every step of the way. We always tell you where your order is.

Duties and taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, any local duties or taxes are paid by the recipient, according to the rules of the destination country. Free shipping covers transport, not customs duties.
