We want you and your companion to be fully satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• With any tags and packaging intact

Right of withdrawal (EU)

EU customers are entitled to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, with no reason required.

Personalized products

Items personalized with a name or text (collars, bandanas, bowls, pet tags) are custom-made for you and are not refundable, except in case of a production defect or an error on our part. In that case, we provide a free replacement right away.

How to start a return

1. Write to connect.perla@gmail.com stating your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and verify the item, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.

Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. Replacement or refund is entirely on us.
