Shipping

Printed and shipped from a European workshop: delivery in about 20–28 days. Free shipping.

How to measure the neck (collars and bandanas): wrap a tape measure around the neck where the collar sits. Keep it snug but not tight, so you can slip two fingers underneath. If the measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.

If in doubt, tell us your dog's breed and weight: we'll tell you which size to get.

Free shipping in Europe, no minimum order. Delivery times vary by product, because different workshops make them: the time for THIS product is shown above, under the button, next to the little truck. Outside the EU, shipping is calculated at checkout. When your order ships you'll receive the tracking code by email.

Returns within 30 days of delivery on non-personalized products. Personalized products can't be returned for a change of mind (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), but if a piece arrives faulty or with a mistake on our part, we'll remake it.
