These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the site perlaitaly-store.myshopify.com and the purchase of Perla Italy products. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Seller

Perla Italy is operated by a private seller (natural person) based at Via della Beata Colomba, 06132 Perugia (PG), Italy — Email: connect.perla@gmail.com. No VAT invoice is issued.

2. Products and prices

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on display devices and availability. Prices are shown in the currency of the relevant market and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting the price applied at the time of your order.

3. Orders

An order is considered complete once you receive the email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability or obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.

4. Payments

We accept cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and, where available, installment payments (Scalapay/Klarna). All payments are processed through secure providers.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page. The times shown are estimates and do not constitute an essential deadline, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our extended 30-day return policy and its conditions are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Personalized products (with the customer's name, photo or text) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, as custom-made goods, except in case of a conformity defect or an error attributable to us.

7. Limitation of liability and force majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, weather events, customs delays, or failures by the couriers responsible for shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to the customer for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights granted to consumers by law, including the statutory warranty of conformity.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logo, the "Perla" trademark) is owned by Perla Italy and may not be reproduced without authorization. Photos and text uploaded by the customer during personalization remain the customer's property; the customer guarantees they hold the necessary usage rights and authorizes us to use them solely to produce the ordered item.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile.
